WOLFF, the specialist for high-quality machines and tools for floor cover-ing removal, application and substrate- preparation offers two fundamen-tally different methods or machine types for removing floori
The oscillating method is the most common one. An elliptically rotating blade cuts the adhesive bond between floor covering and substrate. This method is preferred on small to medium-sized machines, like, for exam-ple Vario- or Duro-Stripper. It is particularly suited for textile and slightly elastic flooring. However, very rigid flooring and coverings glued with visco-plastic adhe-sives, like e.g. linoleum or flooring coverings of a rubber basis, represent a problem when treated with this method. Specific textile floorings also have used these adhesion properties making strippers with an oscillating operation principle inappropriate. These cases are the domain of the impact system technology. An impact System with 5,000 beats/min. combined with an automatic drive system, like for example in the Extro- or Turbo-Stripper, results in an unmatched performance.WOLFF, the world-leader in developing and manufacturing Stripper-machines has incorporated the ultimate level of quality and innovation of the new WOLFF class during the last two years. No matter whether Turbo- Extro- Vario- or Duro-Stripper: All models boast with technical improvement next to optimized design.
